Sentero is an SBML-compliant modeling system for the dynamic analysis of cellular signalling and metabolic pathways. The tool provides an interactive network representation for building and visualising large kinetic models. A key feature of the system is its built-in sensitivity analyses. These allow the effects of parameter uncertainty on the model output to be investigated rigorously using local or global sensitivity techniques.
