Welcome

This site contains details some of the reference gels available from the Streptomyces coelicolor BBSRC funded Investigating Gene Function(IGF) Project. The primary publication containing methods, analysis and references is :

This site aims to be (as much as possible) integrated with other sites - for instance the BBSRC funded ScoDB and the Swiss-Czech SWICZ sites.

Anyone is free to browse the database and view any records held within it. Registered users are able to update and add new entries. If you would like to register please click on the "Register" button on the left.

Navigation through this site is mainly based through the buttons located on the left hand side of the page. Suggestions for improvement are welcome, and should be directed towards the webmaster
