This addon for Taverna adds DTD and associated MOD files into the Taverna installation directory which are required for performing XPath queries on a NCBI Blast report in a Scufl workflow. Also included in the zip file is a Scufl file which implements the workflow described in Junger et al (2003) for identifying homologues of the transcription factor FOXO in Drosophila using the NCBI Blast service. The workflow can be found in the examples/junger/ directory.

This is a test build of taverna which contains the above additions plus an amended SoaplabScavenger class. This amended class enables Soaplab services to be grouped under multiple child tree nodes, saving space in the services panel and provides for easier browsing of the services provided by a Soaplab server.
