A Soaplab server providing web service interfaces to NCBI Blast and databanks in the Sequence Retrieval System deployed at the EBI is available at http://dbk-ed.mib.man.ac.uk:8080/axis/services/. This Soaplab server also provides service interfaces to the tools in EMBOSS. It is reccommended that Taverna is used as the client for these services.
