The CellTracker website, http://www.dbkgroup.org/celltracker/, has been updated. One may send feedback on-line.
1 New features
- Mouse has four modes in this version, editing, labelling,selection and zoom. These mode is applied for a whole series. For example, one may edit any boundary in any frame in editting mode. The editted boundaries will be saved into memory automatically during image browsing.
2 Modified features
- The menus have been reorganised. Most boundary operators are put under the Edit menu. Copy and rename are listed in boundaries' context menu. Two new menus, Tools and Window, are added.
