The Manchester Metabolomics Database (MMD) has been constructed with data from genome scale metabolic reconstructions, HMDB, KEGG, Lipid Maps, BioCyc and DrugBank to provide knowledge on 42,687 endogenous and exogenous metabolite species. The full dataset is available below.
